Contemplative Worship, a 30 minute time focused on quiet contemplation and prayer.
Contemplative Worship – December 11th at 12:15 p.m. in the Sanctuary. On December 18th we will have a labyrinth walk in the Narthex between 4 and 8 p.m. You are invited to come at any time during this four-hour period for a time of reflection as part of your Advent Journey.
It is a time where we can come into our sanctuary for a time to be with God in the comfort of our worship space. We sing an opening and closing hymn, read scripture, and have a twenty-minute time of silence, prayer, and reflection. The hope for this service is to be a time of peace, healing, and renewal for those who seek to reflect on their faith and be with God in a space different from our traditional worship. We pray that you will come and join us and experience it for yourself.
